Delivery Charges and Times

1. You sent me a damaged item

If you take delivery of a Horsey-Gifts.com package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange. Please follow the instructions on how to return your item.

2. You sent me a defective item

You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault. If you choose to return the item to us, please follow the instructions below.

3. If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item)

As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, e-mail us and let us know. We'll send you the correct item as soon as we can, once we have received the incorrectly delivered back from you. Send the original item back to us and we'll make sure you are not charged for it.  We will refund you for the return delivery costs, based on the delivery service you selected when placing your original order.

4. I haven't received everything I ordered

Items you order from Horsey-Gifts.com may sometimes be sent in more than one delivery. For example, you may receive multiple deliveries if your order contains an oversized item that needs to be dispatched separately.

Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you'll only be charged the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order.

It is possible that although dispatched on the same day, they may not arrive with you on the same day. This is even more likely to occur if you have used the overseas airmail facility, where deliveries can arrive with over 5 working day’s difference.

If you haven’t received all your goods within 2 working days of each other (and we have not contacted you to say otherwise), please contact us, with your order number at enquiry@horsey-gifts.com.

5. I ordered the wrong thing and want to return it

6. I haven't received anything. Where's my order?

Please check which delivery option you selected as this will affect the time it takes to arrive. If you believe you should have received your item or items and they have not arrived, please contact us with your order number at enquiry@horsey-gifts.com.
